Simply fill out our contact form or send as email at info@miaofit.com with your order number. Once the product is received and verified, we will refund the paid amount. (Refunds can take up to 5 days to process).

SHIPPING OF RETURNS 

The shipment of the item to be returned and the related costs will be covered by the customer.

IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE  DEFECTIVE/ WRONG / DAMAGED?

If you have received defective, incorrect and / or damaged goods, contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. Remember to include the order number, photos of the items and all the references related to the receipt of the package and, in accordance with our money-back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible. 

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order at info@miaofit.com. Remember to include the order number and the modification and or cancellation you wish to make. You will receive confirmation of the operation. Orders that have already been packed or shipped can't be changed or canceled.
